This is LSK Hotelli Oy’s register and data protection statement in accordance with the Finnish Personal Data Act (Sections 10 and 24) and the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The purpose of this privacy statement is to describe as clearly and comprehensibly as possible how LSK Hotelli Oy (Lentohotelli) collects, processes and stores customer and personal data.

2. Purpose of use and information content of the register
We collect information from registers kept by the authority within the limits permitted by law (e.g. ytj.fi) and information obtained from the use of our services. Data is also collected using the Google Analytics analytics tool, e.g. of website visitors. This information is basically not identifiable.
Data content: name, company, contact information (address, phone number, email), social security number and payment information (credit card information and billing information).
3. Basis for data collection and processing
The customer’s data is collected and processed with the customer’s consent, or to implement the contract with the customer. The information we collect is used to sell and deliver our services and products, as well as to develop and market our operations. By handing over information to us voluntarily, the customer agrees that his information will be processed in accordance with this privacy statement.
Information is not regularly disclosed outside the company. Some of the external service or software providers used by the company may store data outside the EU or the European Economic Area. If necessary, the airport hotel may hand over information to trusted partners if this is required to guarantee the service.
4. Data storage
Lentohotell’s customer register is kept on a server whose technical administrator is Hotellinx Systems Oy. The databases are stored on a server that is inside the EU and their protection is managed with the generally required security methods of the industry. Hotellinx has protected the hardware and server in approved ways with a firewall, virus protection and other data protection practices used in the hotel and accommodation industry. Programs that work directly in the browser, e.g. NetReservations and Housekeeping are on a server that is protected with SSL security technology.
Only those persons employed by the data controller who need the information in their duties and have a duty of confidentiality have access to the data. Personal data is stored as long as it is needed to implement the contract with the customer or to develop customer service.
5. Editing and deletion of register data
The person in the customer register has the right to check what information about him has been stored in the personal data register. A written inspection request or change must be sent signed to the address info@lentohotelli.fi. A written request must also be sent to remove information from the register. The keeper of the register can, if necessary, require the sender of the request to prove his identity.
The right of inspection is free of charge once a year at most.
6. Cookies
On our website, we use the so-called cookie function, i.e. cookies. A cookie is a small text file that can be sent to the user’s computer and stored there, which enables the website administrator to identify visitors who visit the website frequently, to facilitate the login of visitors to the website, and to enable the compilation of composite information about the visitors. With the help of this feedback, we are able to constantly improve the content of our pages. Cookies do not damage users’ computers or files. We use them in such a way that we can offer our customers information and services according to the individual needs of each.
If the user visiting our pages does not want us to receive the aforementioned information with the help of cookies, most browser programs enable the cookie function to be turned off. This is usually done through the browser settings.
